Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

Zafira Limited Edition S.A.S. provides private matchmaking and introduction services between adults who voluntarily wish to meet a potential partner. Zafira does not guarantee a partner, marriage, relationship or any particular outcome.

2. Legal age

Everyone taking part must be at least 18; candidates must be at least 22. Zafira may request an official document to confirm identity and age.

3. Truthful information

Anyone who submits an application or registration must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. Impersonating another person, using third-party photographs without authorisation or providing deliberately false information is prohibited.

4. How the service works

Candidates pay nothing to register. Gentlemen pay the evaluation and verification (USD 400) when they submit their application, as set out in section 5. Neither a registration nor an application guarantees acceptance. Zafira reviews the information, requests the documents that the process requires and, where there is compatibility, proposes private introductions that only take place if both people accept. The decision to continue any communication or relationship belongs exclusively to the people involved.

5. Payments

Candidates pay nothing to take part. For gentlemen there are two payments, in this order, and no others:

• • Evaluation and verification: USD 400, paid when the application is submitted. It is not credited toward the programme and is non-refundable, including if you are not approved, except for any cancellation or withdrawal right granted by applicable law. It does not reserve a place at the Cartagena gathering, and paying for it is not the same as being approved.
• • Programme: USD 12,999, in a single payment, only if the gentleman is approved and decides to continue. He receives the contract before that charge.

The full process totals USD 13,399 paid to Zafira (USD 400 + USD 12,999); flights to Cartagena and personal expenses are not included. Electronic acceptance and payment may serve as evidence of the contract.

6. Conduct

• • Treat everyone with respect; harassment, threats or intimidation are prohibited.
• • Do not contact the other person outside the process without their consent, and do not share their information, photographs or data with anyone else.
• • Do not use the service for unlawful activities, financial deception or unauthorised purposes.

7. Meetings

Zafira facilitates contact but does not control everything that happens outside its activities. Participants must act prudently and respect the decisions of others.

8. Immigration services

Zafira does not provide immigration services, does not advise on or process visas and does not intervene in immigration decisions.

9. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Any cancellation or withdrawal right granted to you by applicable law is recognised, including Colombian consumer protection law (e-commerce, distance selling and right of withdrawal) and the law of your state of residence in the United States. Outside those cases, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

10. Suspension and cancellation

Zafira may suspend or cancel the service for breach of these Terms, false information, impersonation, abusive conduct, risk to others or unlawful use.

11. Intellectual property

The content, designs, trademarks, texts, graphics and other elements of the site are protected by applicable law and may not be used without authorisation.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

13. Changes, governing law and contact

Zafira may update these Terms; the current version will be available on this site. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the client's place of residence.
