It is a private process, with admission by application, for men in the United States who want a serious relationship with marriage in mind: the process requires verification of both sides, introductions happen only when both people agree, and there is a private gathering in Cartagena, accompanied by Zafira.
The path, in five steps
Application with the USD 400 evaluation and verification payment → interview with the matchmaker → approval → USD 12,999 programme. In that order, and there is no other.
About 4 minutes. You tell us who you are and what you are looking for and, when you submit it, you pay the USD 400 evaluation and verification through a secure payment gateway.
Once the payment is confirmed, the matchmaker contacts you within 48 business hours to schedule the interview.
Interview, plus the identity check against an official document and the background and marital-status review that the process requires. It is covered by the USD 400 you paid when you submitted the application. It does not reserve a place, it is not part of the programme or credited toward it, and it is non-refundable, including if you are not approved, except for any cancellation or withdrawal right granted by applicable law.
Zafira decides whether you enter the programme. Paying for the evaluation is not the same as being approved. If you are not approved, we tell you and the process ends there. The USD 400 is non-refundable, including if you are not approved, except for any cancellation or withdrawal right granted by applicable law.
A single payment, only if you are approved and decide to continue. You receive a contract before any charge. It includes a personal search built around your profile, a compatibility review and the verification the process requires of the other side before each introduction, private introductions only when there is real compatibility and both people agree, your matchmaker from approval to the gathering, and the Cartagena gathering, organised and covered by Zafira as described below. Not included: flights to and from Cartagena, and personal expenses outside the official programme.
If everything moves forward, the full path is USD 13,399 in total paid to Zafira (USD 400 + USD 12,999); flights to Cartagena and personal expenses are not included. Zafira makes no other charge.
A private, accompanied programme
The Cartagena gathering is not a tourist trip or an open event. It is the in-person extension of work that began long before: the search, the evaluation and the compatibility analysis. Only gentlemen approved into the programme attend, together with candidates who have completed the five stages and accepted, one by one, the introductions proposed to them.
The detailed schedule is shared with approved participants. Each meeting is one to one, with the matchmaker present, and only with a gentleman whose introduction the candidate has already accepted. Every introduction is prepared in advance.
Privacy rules that protect everyone
- Photographs of other participants are not taken or shared.
- No one's name or image is published.
- No contact details are shared without the person's consent.
- Each candidate only meets gentlemen whose introduction she has already accepted.
- Any disrespectful behaviour means immediate removal from the programme.
What Zafira covers, and what it does not
Covered for the gentleman, within the USD 12,999 programme, from his arrival at Cartagena airport and during the official dates: reception and transfer from the airport; accommodation for the set days; meals during the set days; local transport for the organised activities; the private activities of the programme; the gatherings and introductions organised by Zafira; logistics, coordination and the Zafira team on site.
Not covered: flights to and from Cartagena, personal expenses outside the official programme, and anything not on this list.
